Immediate opening for a full time Receptionist/HR & Compliance Coordinator for processing high volume caregiver applicants & maintaining integrity of employee files and patient charts. Must have strong customer service & computer skills, be detailed orientated, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, and thrive under pressure.
Requirements: High school diploma, Clerical/Secretarial experience in filing & other clerical skills, Ability to organize & follow-through, Accuracy & auditing skills, Strong interpersonal relationship skills, Computer skills are a MUST! Must be very comfortable talking to people.
One to two years of hospital or homecare experience in HR Compliance and knowledge of employment qualification (I-9 documentation) is not required but is a plus!!
Salary commensurate w/experience, $20K - $23K range plus benefits.
