Access Nursing is seeking an Experienced Home Care Coordinator to process all patient related services for a fast pace growing home care program. Must have some knowledge of HIPAA and DOH regulation and good communication and problem solving skills. Must have strong customer service and computer skills, be detailed oriented, able to multitask in a fast paced environment and thrive under pressure.
• Home care Coordinator position qualifications:
• High School diploma /GED
• 2 years homecare experience
• Ability to organize and follow-through
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Computer skills a must
• Bilingual English/Spanish- needed due to large pool of Spanish
caregivers.
