
Joe is an accomplished healthcare professional with strong managerial experience & a degree from Johns Hopkins University. Joe’s skills range in various areas of management, including recruitment, reorganization, marketing, scheduling and sales. He has over 6 years of experience with licensed agencies. Joe got his start as a recruiter at a licensed/staffing agency, where he recruited for nursing & allied health professionals. He was quickly recognized as a leader and promoted to a managerial position, where he was responsible for an entire branch. Joe quickly expanded business and became a top producer. Looking for a larger role, Joe moved on to become an administrator at a New York based certified agency. Here he helped drive sales through restructuring the company’s marketing and recruiting efforts. Joe comes to ACCESS with an aggressive approach to the “bottom line” and hopes to keep the office “Committed to Excellence” while providing some direction through this tough, changing homecare environment.
