After 10 years in clinical practice and 6 years as an executive with large chain organizations; Louise founded ACCESS Nursing Services from her apartment in Manhattan. 30 years later, ACCESS Nursing Services enjoys the reputation as a leading regional provider of healthcare personnel to individual patients as well as prestigious healthcare systems in NY and NJ. ACCESS Nursing is the 3rd largest female-owned clinical business in New York, and is of the top 3% of successful companies in North America.

Louise considers her “Special Sauce” to be her ability to listen to the client’s problems and develop a Nursing Workforce Solution that eases their pain. A mother of 2 living in Westchester, NY - Louise continues to own the company 100% herself and ACCESS’ 10 branches employ over 2,000 caregivers.

A graduate of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health; Louise is on the Board of Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and she is considered a thought leader in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
